I have recently sold a property in Cannonvale and used Michael Kavanagh from Professionals Whitsundays as my agent.
For a process that can often be time consuming and stressful, from start to finish I had a seamless experience. To begin with, when searching for an agent to work with, many firms would quote a sale price that sounded great but after doing some research were inflated and unrealistic figures. Michael presented me with current and recent sale prices for neighbouring properties, and from that, together we came up with a number that was a fair price and would not keep the property on the market for years, as some others have been.
The property is now sold and from start to finish the process was within a few months. In the current climate this is an outstanding outcome.
