Property took 20 plus months to settle from original market sale date. Went through 2 cyclones, 2 buyer defaults and a crisis of relocation for tenants 1 week before final settlement of property sale. More reliable than a guide dog and just as friendly, takes and makes calls on public holidays and weekends for buyers, sellers and tenants, drives to property to actually look if the issues have been resolved. (I work in real estate maintenance in a capital city and that is a rare and highly prized quality). Anne will also ring the solicitor to confirm written requests rather than wait for a miscommunication to occur and that made the entire process incredibly fast and stress free during sale process with all parties and solicitors. I would recommend Anne to anyone even remotely interested in property buying or selling process (especially if you are an interstate seller or have a tenanted property for sale like me). Minimal stress for maximum effectiveness.

Our small unit in Cannonvale has been rented through Professionals since they took over from Harcourts.
We have been very satisfied with their services to date. They have always kept us informed about our tenants and the condition of our unit.
Last year we had a fire at our unit and the interior was destroyed. We were insured but as we live on the Gold Coast, we were concerned about how we could orchestrate the repairs from here. Fortunately our property manager and the team at Professionals have been outstanding in liaising with builders and the insurance assessor. They took all the concerns from us. The unit has now been renovated and a new tenant has moved in.
We are so grateful for all their assistance.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others who are looking for a reliable property manager.
